Audition

So everybody's on a Glee hype these days. Of course, I'm one of them. Like what I mentioned in my profile, I believe that I am not too old for Glee addiction. :)

Hours before I got to see the first episode, I was on duty. I was so excited to go home and fortunately, I was able to finish my work early and got to endorse my patients on time. So yeah, I left the hospital on time ((I usually leave the hospital at 4 pm-ish due to busyness)).

Fast forward to my review.

The episode wasn't that great for me. It was fast-paced. I was kind of disappointed because I was too excited for the first episode but it didn't cause me to say WOW except for Charice's voice. Charice's acting skills was quite expected. Since this is her first acting stint, it was kind of awkward especially during the girl's restroom scene where Lea was doing the superb performance (as always) while Charice was just smiling all the time. Pang-asar. Lol.

About the new guy, Chord Overstreet aka Sam... I don't know. He has not given me the kilig factor yet. His voice is nice though but it doesn't fit his face. Lol! One more thing, his Justin-Bieber-hair and lips are quite bothering.

One thing I liked about this episode is this scene:

It's cute to see them together but... I know that happens only for a minute or so. They're back to the usual. Hrhr.

And oh, this scene was hilarious!

Lastly, I admit that this scene was superb. Not because of her arm movements but because of her voice range. It gave me goosebumps! How can a small girl sing like that?!

So if I'll rate the first episode of Season 2, I'll give it a score of 7.

Anyway, next week's episode will probably unforgettable. It's a Britney Spears episode. I'm a Britney Spears fan so I'm more excited about this than the first episode.
