Lumix

While almost everyone's on a hype for DSLR, I am here busy looking at digital cameras. When I was at the Pyromusical Competition last Saturday, I realized that I really need to have a digital camera. (My phone's camera has low resolution to get a good shot) It's just not a want that my boyfriend thinks. It's something that I need when I go out for documentation purposes. Like what I always say, I don't aim to be a photographer. I just need a camera to document every detail of my life if I can. Just so you know, the sentimental part of me likes keeping photograph memories.

Take note: I am not after the specs or whatever you call 'em. I just want a GOOD camera.

Last week, I was already decided to get the Panasonic Lumix LX5.

I came to know of this camera while browsing best digital camera suggestions... Not until my brother suggested Lumix GF1.

The difference between the two is aside from a better resolution from GF1, I can attach different lenses to the latter just like a DSLR. (That's how my brother explained in layman's term. I don't want to hear any photography jargon anymore. Lol) Better google 'em both to know them better. This is not a techie blog. (Lol, too lazy to copy and paste the specs that I don't even understand)

The problem is, when I inquired about the GF1 in Greenhills, it's too pricey compared with the ones they sell online. The thing is, it's starting to get phased out because of the new model. GF2. I don't think I could afford GF2 anymore with the salary I am getting every month.

If I am financially ready and GF1 is not available anymore, I'd prolly end up with my original plan, the LX5. It's what I wanted first anyways.

Now time to save!
